Wings of the Captain Coming March 15: Set List

I was resisting following another TCG, but with Wings of the Captain, I couldn’t any longer. The art in this set is amazing, especially if you’re a fan of the anime.

Wings of the Captain releases on March 15. Make sure you check your LGS to see if you can still preorder, but it looks like it will be a while before it drops back down to MSRP. If your LGS doesn’t carry One Piece, you can always check with TCG Player. They have preorders for Wings of the Captain and all other One Piece Product, but prices may still be bit inflated due to demand. Maybe we’ll some reprints to bring the prices down.

Either way, let’s look and admire the art in the meantime. I need the Buggy alt art! If you enjoy these updates, please leave a like, comment, follow, and share this with your friends.

The Weiss Schwarz Chainsaw Man Set Looks Amazing

If you’re a fan of the Chainsaw Man anime, you’re going to want to collect the newest Weiss Schwarz set. The set features some iconic art and scenes from an incredible anime. If you haven’t had a chance to watch Chainsaw Man, I highly recommend you start it ASAP. It has a cool premise, memorable characters, and an amazing art style and animation.

I was first drawn to Weiss Schwarz because it features my favorite anime that I want to collect. The Chainsaw Man set is no exception. Check with your LGS to see if they carry Weiss Schwarz, but there is always TCG Player if that isn’t an option. If you’re looking for Chainsaw Man singles, decks, or booster boxes, get them over at TCG Player using my affiliate links.

Digimon Liberator and Illustration Competition Promos Revealed

The Digimon Liberator webcomic was teased last month. The webcomic will be about the card game and will introduce new characters, Digimon, and Digivolutions. To celebrate, Bandai is releasing six promo cards featuring the new characters. I’m digging these promos and hope they make them easy to obtain later on.

Digimon Liberator packs will be given out at the Bandai Card Games Fest in Los Angeles, January 27-28. Packs will only have 1 card, so I hope they make it easy to earn multiple. A global release of the promo packs will be announced later this year.

The event is free, so if you are in the area and love Digimon or any of the other Bandai IPs, try to make some time. It looks like it is too late to participate and spectate the tournaments, but they’ll be streaming the finals on YouTube.

Attendees will also have the chance to earn an Illustration Competition and Digimon Liberator promo pack by completing the scavenger hunt. Supplies are limited, so you better act fast! There are some cool promos going into this event, so let’s at least have a look!

If you enjoy these updates, please make sure you leave a like, comment, follow, and share this with your friends.

Imperialdramon: Dragon Mode Ace

Atendees can get their hands on this sick Imperialdramon promo! I love the colors! I’ll be updating this with a better quality image as soon as I find one.

Illustration Competition 2023 Promos

These are still being revealed, so I’ll be updating this post regularly until I have the full set.

The Animal Colosseum Alt Arts are so Pretty!

Animal Colosseum releases this Friday, January 19th, and I just wanted to take a moment to appreciate the alt art cards. I love Digimon because it has some of the coolest art in any TCG (I’m a little biased), and this set is no exception. I’ve already made a post for the Digital art, but they don’t do them justice. This is a game where you need to hold the foil in your hand to appreciate the detail. I don’t have the real thing, so pictures will have to do for now.

If you enjoy these updates, make sure you leave a like, comment, follow, and share this with your friends. Always support your LGS, but you can always preorder Animal Colusseum or purchase any other Digimon Product, like the Blast Ace booster, over at TCG Player.

Animal Colosseum Box Toppers and Promos

Animal Colosseum releases this Friday, January 19th, so lets take a look at the box toppers. There are a few Digitama I wouldn’t getting my hands on, and that Skullgreymon just looks so sick. Always check with your LGS for any events and product, but you can always preorder Animal Colusseum on TCG Player.

If you enjoy these updates, make sure you leave a comment, like, follow, and share this with your friends. If you’re looking for any Digimon product like Blast Ace, get it over at TCG Player

Temporal Forces Alt Arts are insane!

Temporal Forces releases on March 22nd, so its time to look at all the full art cards that have been revealed so far. There is a lot of cool art in this set, and a lot you’re going to want to chase. Check out the full list of spoilers and their translations. Always support your LGS, but I made a list of places where you can preorder if that isn’t an option.

If you enjoy these updates, make sure you leave a like, comment, follow, and share this with your friends. If you want to order any existing Pokémon product like the latest Paradox Rift set, get it over at TCG Player.

Pokémon TCG: Temporal Forces Spoilers are in with translations!

Grand Archive: Alchemical Revolution Releases January 26th

Alchemical Revolution 1st edition releases on January 26th, so don’t forget to put in your preorders. 27,000 1st edition boxes and 2,500 starter deck displays have been printed for this run. The 1st edition booster boxes won’t be reprinted and the starter decks might, so make sure you put in your preorder. Always support your LGS, but you can pick them up on TCG Player.

If you like anime, you are going to want to look into Grand Archive. I love the art, and this upcoming set looks amazing. Alchemical Revolution will include 214 movie cards and 227 foil variations. The set will introduce three new classes (Guardians, Cleric, and Ranger), three new elements (Neos, Astra, and Umbra), and three new starter decks (Arisanna, Diana, and Tonoris). I’ll be doing a deeper dive on the set in a future post, so stay tuned for that.

Booster Boxes will MSRP for $107.99, individual starter decks for $14.99, and you can pick up the starter deck displays for $134.99. You can pick up booster boxes close to MSRP ($110 including shipping) on TCG Player, but I would look for decks elsewhere. Currently they are out of stock, but you can keep checking to see if they go up after release. I’ll leave links just in case.

The best way to start is to check to see if your LGS will be holding any events for the release. There is also official print & play support for those of you who want to try it first, and an active discord for when you get hooked. I for one can’t wait to see more of the set because what I’ve seen so far has my hyped.

If you enjoy these updates, please leave a like, comment, follow, and share this with your friends.
